All of our items ship from the United States. As a result delivery is very expedient and you can expect to receive your order quickly. We also strive to process all orders within 2 business days.
In addition to standard order processing, we offer customers 2nd day shipping and overnight shipping for an additional fee. For these orders we strive to process orders within 1 business day.
Many of our customers have expressed concerns regarding the shipment of fragile cuckoo clocks. It is our upmost priority to ship the cuckoo clocks in highly protected parcels. To date we have not received any notice of damaged shipments. However, we offer our customers a 100% shipment guarantee policy. If your order arrives damaged, we will quickly replace the item at not cost.
